The 16 year old teen, now 17, who flew to Jericho to be with a man she'd met through MySpace made a deal with prosecutors. MySpace Teen Protection
Posted by: labr8t

MySpace, this week, is introducing new restrictions to protect its younger members. Members 18 and older are now required to know the full name or email address of younger members in order to send a friend request. However, MySpace currently has no way of verifying that its users submit their true age. Is this enough?

MySpace tip #0002 – Use glitter graphics sparingly

MySpace tip #0002 – Use glitter graphics sparingly

There is no problem in using glitter graphics in MySpace profiles, sometimes, it even makes some pages look cool if used and placed properly. But there are people who cant seem to have enough of glitter graphics that they feel they have to find each and every available glitter graphic on the internet and post it in their profiles.

When over used, glitter graphics can drive attention away from more important details in your MySpace profile. Please remember to use them sparingly.

Finally, a post worth reading
Posted by: labr8t

There is a bulletin circulating in MySpace titled "Finally a bulletin worth reading." I see it reposted at least once a day, sometimes two, and I only have about 180+ friends(so far). There must be something to this bulletin posting, so we went ahead and checked it out.

After reading the post and digesting its message, we find ourselves agreeing to the message in the post. This must be the reason why this bulletin post is being reposted at least once a day and has been spreading like wild fire.

Tell us what you think about the bulletin worth reading. Discuss it in the comments area below.

Below is a repost of the bulletin:

w.a.k.e. u.p
there is NO SUCH THING as a myspace tracker. it does NOT exist. so quit posting stupid bulletins like "OH-EM-GEEEEE this WORKS!!!" no, it doesnt.

TWO
To the people who have like 25,000 friends, are you serious? You're stupid. Go play in traffic.

THREE
Don't ever post pictures and say "OMG, I'm so ugly", "OMG,I'm so fat", because if you were, you wouldn't post them. And if u do ur a fucking mongoloid.

FOUR
Nobody cares about threats over the internet. Don't try to act hardcore with the keyboard. Fighting online is like racing in the special olympics; even if you win, you're still retarded.

FIVE
Quit fucking crying b/c you're not on someones top 8. who the fuck cares? ITS FUCKING MYSPACE!!!

SIX
Who really gives a crap if I don't accept you as a friend? MOVE ON!!! Don't send me another request or message asking "what's up with you not adding me?" I don't want you as a friend; that's what's up!

SEVEN
Little 6th graders who have MySpace and look like sluts, go somewhere else because nobody wants you here.

EIGHT
If you have decided to read this, you are a true MySpace Friend. Real friends read their bulletins.

NINE
I say you go and pass this on and maybe it will finally get through people's brains

TEN
And if you open a bulletin and it says something like "repost this in 100 seconds or a ghost will rape your dog tonight," IT'S NOT REAL! QUIT BEING A FUCKING MORON

This is a test to see how many people in your friends list actually pay attention to you.

repost this with "Finally a bulletin worth reading"

A 16 year old from Michigan is on her way home after U.S. officials in Jordan successfully convinced her to go back home.

The 16 year old tricked her parents into getting her a passport and then flew to the mid-east. She was on her way to Jericho in the West Bank to meet a man she had met in MySpace.

What kind of attention will this bring to MySpace?
